Volmoed Accommodation 

• Budget  accommodation ( own linen and towel)
• Standard accommodation ( includes all linen, soaps & tea tray)
• Discounts available for groups   
• Discounts for children with their parents
• Midweek discounts for pensioners and clergy
• Single supplement may apply on weekends

Your Deposit For Your Volmoed Booking

Group Bookings

• 30% within 7 days
• 50% 3 months prior to arrival
• Balance 7 days prior to arrival

Individuals

• 50% within 7 days
• Balance 7 days prior to arrival

Our Cancellation Policy

Group Bookings

• If at least 3 months ahead of arrival
• Full deposit less r1000 
• Less than 3 months ahead
• Amount of re-let accommodation

Individuals

• If at least 1 month ahead of arrival
• Less 10% of booking value
• Less than 1 month ahead
• Amount of re-let accommodation

Groups Please Note: you are liable for the number of people booked for unless office is notified no later than one month prior to arrival.
